She came the attention of one of the most important Venezuelan singers, Morella Muñoz; who urged her to join the foremost of her country, the Orfeón Universitario of the Universidad Central de Venezuela. As a member of the Orfeón Universitario, Inés María refined her vocal technique under the tutelage of the renowned teachers Siamora de Salamanqués and Laura Alonzo, and consolidated her vision and understanding of Venezuelan and Latin American popular music.As a soloist, she won the most important singer contests in her country. In 2009 Inés María Bravo was part of the performance company that celebrated the 100th anniversary of the Venezuelan Consulate in Hamburg, Germany. Since then, she was several times a soloist with the Orquesta Filarmónica Nacional at the prestigious Teresa Carreño Cultural Center of Caracas, first under the direction of maestro Pedro Mauricio González in a production of the Compañía Nacional de Música of Venezuela. In 2013 she was a featured singer in the CD recording Boleros para Enamorados with the Orquesta Filarmónica Nacional de Venezuela, a recompilation of live recordings.In 2015 was special guest at the Latin-American week celebration at the Texas Christian University performing with the remarkable musician Pacho Flores (trumpet) as well as Eddy Marcano (Violin). Ines Maria Bravo also performed a venezuelan music recital at the Carolina Otero Visual Artist that was named “Passages”. In march 2016, she was invited for one the most important choir of Puerto Rico; “Orfeon San Juan Bautista” to sing as soloist in its 15th anniversary, with excellent appreciation of the critics. Recently, Bravo was special guest of Guillermo Dávila, in his new concert “Musica, Magia y Vida” at the Miramar Cultural Center. Ines Maria Bravo also is part of the Mistik:a Emsamble in Houston.
