PUT IN WORK Fitness Fitcamps are designed to burn calories, torch fat, and build lean muscle(tone). Fitcamps are large group trainings for women of all fitness levels. Fitcamps last approximately one hour and feature HIIT, cardio, plyometrics, and resistance training. No 2 saturdays are ever alike! Reserve your spot now! It is best to turn on BEAR CREEK DRIVE, make a LEFT unto SCHULTZ, and then a RIGHT on EGGLING to get to the workout area faster. Are there minimum age requirements to attend Fitcamp? No! Individuals of all ages are invited to attend. Children under the age of 13 are free. What can I bring into the event? Please bring a yoga mat (or a towel.)
