Have questions about the new electronic plan review (EPR) system? Attend one of our free workshops to receive hands-on, instructor-led training from a group of experts! The workshop is open to anyone in the commercial and residential building plan review processes, to anyone in the Office of the City Engineer plan review process, and to anyone in the on-premise signs plan review process, such as architects, engineers, permit services, and business owners. Attendees will learn how to: Create online accounts Complete the online applications Pay for permit fees online Upload plans and documents Complete tasks Track and respond to project comments Download and print approved plan set Seating space is limited. Please do not bring unregistered guests to the workshop. Frequently Asked Questions What are my parking options getting to the workshop? Free visitor parking is available in Lot 1 and Lot 2. Metered parking is available on the surrounding streets. The workshop is located in the basement, in Training Room B1. Take the public elevators located on the north side of the building down to the basement level. The room is located on the left side of the main hallway. Look for the room marker in red. What should I bring to the workshop? A computer and practice set of plans will be provided for the workshop. Please bring a writing utensil and paper, or other device to take notes. Is my registration transferrable? No, your registration is not transferrable.
